All our wines are personally selected and guaranteed; if you receive a bottle that not acceptable, please notify us immediately. We will either ship you a new bottle or issue a refund at your discretion.
All wine over 10 years and older are sold "as is."
All wine is stored in climate controlled facilities and shipped using insulated packaging. We want to ensure your wine arrives safely, but in the event of damage, we will replace your wine immediately. Extreme weather either hot or cold may cause a delay in your shipment.
