A: Vino-Flash is a collaboration between two long time wine enthusiasts whose passion help create this space we are in today. It is our desire to search the California Wine Country for exceptional boutique wines and pass along the hidden gems directly to you at discounted prices. Our location, in the heart of Napa Valley, has allowed us to form relationships with wineries and other wine enthusiasts over the years. We look forward to the opportunity to share in the bounty that we unearth.
Q: How does Vino-Flash work?
A: We work closely with select wineries to look for closeout inventory. After sampling the wine personally, we only take the best examples and bring them to our loyal customers.
Q: I want to reorder a specific wine?
A: What wine we find may be limited in availability. Once the wine is featured it may never be available again. There are some extreme cases where there might be a cancellation and a limited inventory may become available. Please email us at email@example.com with any inquiries on the availability of your favorite wines.
Q: Is there free shipping?
A: We are always looking at ways for reducing shipping costs. Please check the website for the latest shipping promotion.
Q: When do I get my order?
A: Orders usually ship in 3-7 business days. We only use quality packaging and reputable shippers, UPS & FedEx. In the event of damage, we will replace your wine immediately. Extreme weather either hot or cold may cause a delay in your shipment. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, additional delays may occur based on increased demand.
